Afrikiray helps property owners and tenants in Ethiopia organize buildings, rent, invoices, utilities, and maintenance. By using the website or the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Create an account with accurate information, and keep your login details private.
- Account details must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account is for one user. Do not share your login.
Plans and payments
Afrikiray offers a free trial and paid plans (Professional and Business). Prices are shown in Birr and may be billed monthly or yearly. You always see the price before subscribing, and you can cancel at any time. Renewal and refund rules will be added as payments go live.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose.
- Do not enter misleading property or tenant information.
- Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
